Emergency Repairs
Burst pipe at midnight? Overflowing toilet before guests arrive? We take calls around the clock across Gurugram and get a plumber moving straight away.
When something goes wrong, you don't want a lecture — you want it fixed
A plumbing emergency rarely waits for business hours. It's the pipe that bursts while the kids are asleep, the water heater that floods the utility room on a Sunday, or the blocked drain that backs up right before family visits. Our emergency repair service exists for exactly those moments.
This service is built for homeowners who need someone to pick up the phone, explain what's happening in plain language, and arrive ready to stop the problem before it becomes a bigger one — whether that's a leaking joint under the sink, a failed valve, or water coming from somewhere it shouldn't.
We're based out of Plot 94B, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, and we work across homes in the area — flats, independent houses and everything in between.
What's covered when you call us out
Emergency callouts aren't one-size-fits-all. Here's the kind of problem that counts as an emergency, and how we handle it when you ring.
Burst or leaking pipes
A split pipe or a joint that's let go can soak a wall or ceiling fast. We isolate the water supply and repair the fault so the damage stops spreading.
Blocked drains and toilets
An overflowing toilet or a drain that won't clear isn't something to leave overnight. We clear the blockage and check what caused it.
No hot water or heating faults
A sudden loss of hot water or a strange noise from the heater can be a sign of something worse. We'll check it over and get you running again.
Water visible where it shouldn't be
Damp patches, dripping ceilings or water pooling near appliances usually mean a hidden leak. We trace the source rather than just mopping up.
What happens when you call
1
You call and describe the problem
Tell us what's happening — where the water is, whether you've shut off the stopcock, how urgent it feels. No need for plumbing jargon.
2
We talk you through immediate steps
If turning off the water or moving an appliance can limit damage before we arrive, we'll walk you through it over the phone.
3
A plumber comes to your home
We come prepared with the tools and parts likely needed for common emergencies, so most jobs can be sorted in a single visit.
4
We explain the fix before we start
You'll know what's wrong and what we're doing about it in plain terms — no surprises once the work is underway.
Real repairs, not guesswork
Every home is wired and plumbed a little differently, which is why we take time to check the actual layout of your system before touching anything — isolation valves, inlet pipework, the lot. It means fewer repeat visits and a repair that holds.
If the emergency points to a bigger underlying issue — an ageing boiler, for example, or fittings that need replacing — we'll tell you honestly, rather than just patching over it.
What homeowners tell us
Water was coming through our ceiling at 11pm and I had no idea what to do. They talked me through shutting off the mains while someone was already on the way.
Rhea M. — Sector 56, Gurugram
Our toilet wouldn't stop overflowing right before a family gathering. The plumber explained what had failed and had it working again that same evening.
Vikram S. — DLF Phase 3, Gurugram
What I appreciated most was that nothing felt rushed, even though it was clearly an emergency call-out. They checked the whole line, not just the obvious leak.
Anjali T. — Sushant Lok, Gurugram
